About these terms
These terms apply to the Evaz Online Academy website and to trial classes. When you enrol, you also receive a written enrolment agreement that sets out the course, schedule, fee and cancellation terms for your family. [Legal entity, address and governing law to be added after legal review.]
Trial classes
- One free trial class of 20 to 30 minutes per learner.
- The trial is an introduction and a placement. It is not a promise of a particular learning result.
- Learners under 16 must be registered by a parent or guardian. For children under 13, a parent or guardian must be at home during the class.
Classes and conduct
- Classes take place only on the academy's official video links.
- Learners, parents and teachers follow the Evaz code of conduct: respectful language, camera on unless agreed otherwise, and no recording by anyone except the academy, with consent.
- We may pause lessons if the code of conduct or the safeguarding policy is not followed.
Fees
Fees are shown on the fees page and confirmed in writing before you pay. Online payment is not available on this website. Cancellations and refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.
Certificates
Certificates of Completion are issued by Evaz Online Academy. They are not government-accredited qualifications and not an ijazah.
