• Teacher applications: name, contact details, country, the courses and languages you can teach, qualifications and experience as you describe them, and availability.
• Contact, complaint and waiting-list messages: your name, contact details and what you write to us.
• We do not ask for children's surnames, photos, home addresses, school names or payment details.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use form data to reply to you, arrange trial classes, prepare enrolment and assess teacher applications. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. For children, we rely on the parent's or guardian's request and consent. Who can see it
